MidJAu is a dashboard-first automation and connection tool that facilitates your interaction with your own Midjourney account. MidJAu serves as an intermediary tool designed to enhance your Midjourney experience through automation, enabling faster and more efficient image generation. We do not provide Midjourney's services directly. The Service includes:
Important: MidJAu is a connection and automation tool. We are not responsible for Midjourney's service quality, features, limitations, outages, or any issues related to your Midjourney or Discord accounts. These are managed independently and are outside our direct control.
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Images generated through our Service are subject to Midjourney's terms and conditions. You retain rights to use generated images according to Midjourney's licensing terms.
The MidJAu platform, including its design, functionality, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
Service Outages and Technical Issues: In the event of service outages, technical problems, or platform downtime, we may offer alternative remedies (service credits, coupon codes, or subscription extensions) as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available for technical issues or service outages, regardless of duration.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDJAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services: MidJAu is not responsible for issues related to your Discord account, Midjourney account (including login problems, account restrictions, access errors, service outages, or changes to Midjourney's terms or pricing). These accounts and services are managed independently, and issues with these third-party services are outside our direct control and not eligible for refunds or compensation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MidJAu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel: (1) Log in to your MidJAu Dashboard, (2) Navigate to the Billing section at https://midjau.com/dashboard/billing, (3) Click "Manage Subscription", and (4) From your Stripe customer portal, select "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be addressed by contacting our support team at https://midjau.com/dashboard/support. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be subject to binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms as permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
